What you need

1 lb brussel sprouts
1 tsp salt & pepper

1 tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

0 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bacon on a wire rack set over a sheet pan and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes. 1 Rinse and slice Brussels into ¼-inch rounds. 2 Remove bacon and set aside to cool. Toss sliced brussels in the rendered bacon fat with a pinch of salt and pepper. 3 Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and caramelized. 4 Whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil to make the glaze. Taste and adjust seasoning 5 Chop cooled bacon. Toss warm Brussels with bacon and glaze until well coated. 6 Serve warm.View original recipe
