What you need

clove garlic

cup panko breadcrumbs

scallion

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

ginger

tbsp lemon juice

egg nog

cup orange oil

buns

mango

avocado

red onion

fresh cilantro

fresh lime juice

tsp pepper

cup mayo

tbsp sriracha

tsp soy sauce
Instructions
0 Roughly chop half the shrimp into chunks. Place the other half in the food processor with the garlic and blend until smooth. Combine all the shrimp with panko, scallions, salt, garlic powder, ginger, lemon juice and eggs. Mix well. 1 Refrigerate shrimp mixture for 10 minutes. Drizzle oil on a sheet pan and your hands and form the patties. Return to the refrigerator for 10 minutes. 2 Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. 3 Combine all the guacamole ingredients. 4 Combine the spicy Mayo ingredients. 5 To assemble, spread Mayo on both sides of burger buns, place the patty, top with guacamole.View original recipe
